- Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. UK delivery normally takes a further 5–10 business days, tracked from dispatch to your door.

- Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The full conditions are set out in the returns policy.

- Email support@muzuki.store and we will reply within 1–2 business days, including sizing questions before you order.

- Grooming, drying, feeding and enrichment. If a product does not solve a real problem, we do not sell it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. UK delivery normally takes a further 5–10 business days, and tracking is provided once the parcel is dispatched.
What if it is not right for my dog?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see the returns policy for the full conditions, including items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I choose the right robe size?
Measure your dog standing: collar to the base of the tail for length, and around the collar edge for the neck. Every robe listing includes the full size chart. If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the larger one — or email us the measurements and we will help.
Do bundles arrive together?
Usually, but not always. Bundle items can be dispatched separately and may arrive on different days. Every parcel is tracked.
How do I care for the microfibre items?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Skip the bleach and fabric conditioner — conditioner coats the fibres and reduces how much water they absorb. Air dry, and let items dry fully between uses.
How do I get in touch?
Email support@muzuki.store. We reply within 1–2 business days, and we would always rather answer a sizing question before you order than process a return afterwards.
